In architecture and construction, many solutions for the application of KME copper materials are currently being implemented. Quality:

Copper sheets and copper rolls of the "Classic" series are manufactured in accordance with the international format EN1172 using modern technologies and strict quality control systems. The production is carried out by the oxygen-free Cu-DHP method, after which the material is subjected to antioxidant treatment with phosphorus with a minimum phosphorus residue. The final material consists of 99.9% pure copper. Copper of this quality is ideal for welding and soldering.

Surface properties:

Copper sheet and copper roll "Classic" after production have a bright glossy copper surface. After installation, this material develops a matte dark-brown hue due to the natural process of weathering and oxidation. During the initial weathering, the copper surface oxidizes, especially on inclined surfaces, when the color can change even to violet tones. Over time, the copper surface reaches the peak of its strength, acquiring an emerald patina, the protective characteristics of which increase the life of the entire structure.

Due to its simplicity and economy in processing, as well as an unlimited lifetime and always an impressive surface that is becoming more attractive over the years, the TECU Classic is a very popular material for roofing various buildings, including historical, restored: temples, palaces, theaters, libraries and towers. It is widely spread in Europe, being a kind of "visiting card" in medieval architecture. Also, the material is indispensable in the construction of strong industrial facilities or modern residential buildings. The properties of such copper allow it to be used to cover walls, roofs and slopes of buildings.

Processing and installation:

The combination of the characteristic properties of copper (ductility, high melting point, etc.) gives TECU Classic a universality for all metalworking processes and methods, including using standard processing methods such as bends, seams and soldering.
